(Each booster pack can come in 4 different designs) Some Shining Fate booster packs contain a card from the Shiny Vault, a special subset full of shiny Pokémon. Shining Fates booster packs were not released in Booster Boxes, so the only way to find them is by opening special products like the Shining Fates Elite Trainer Box.
